Cat. #0004382: ADRIENNE BARBEAU

Yummy 8x10-inch color portrait in her prime, boldly signed in blue felt-tip marker in the 1990s. A slightly grainy image; otherwise, in good condition. After establishing herself in the role of Carol Traynor on T.V.'s "Maude" (1972-1978), attractive Adrienne Barbeau became a regular in horror, sci-fi and fantasy flicks, especially those of one-time husband John Carpenter. She was memorable in Someone's Watching Me! (1978), The Fog (1980), Escape from New York (1981), The Thing (1982), all Carpenter-related projects, as well as in  the George Romero collaborations Creepshow (1982) and Two Evil Eyes (1990), and Wes Craven favorite Swamp Thing (1982). More recently, she lent her distinctive voice to Catwoman on the "Batman" animated series (1992-1995) and played Ruthie on HBO's celebrated series Carnivale (2003-2005).
