Cat. #0015823: SPIKE JONES

Uncommon vintage signature in blue ballpoint pen on a 3.5 x 5.5-inch portion of a tan autograph album page, acquired in-person in the 1950s.  In good condition, with a negligible stain to the lower right-hand corner, well away from the writing.  Ideal for matting.  Madcap bandleader Spike Jones died tragically of emphysema at the age of 53 and his signature is surprisingly elusive in any format.
